Come and join us for an evening of healing, in the beautiful, serene setting of Brackenside Stables, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire 🌱

In the outdoor space, nestled next to the Kirkby Moor Reserve, we are focusing on releasing old patterns, letting go of what no longer serves us, but giving thanks for the lessons learned in the process. ✨ And we do so aptly, under the Waning Gibbous moon 🌖

What do you need to bring?
All you need to bring, is a mat or something to lay on and blankets. A mask is beneficial to keep out the light during the sound bath, if you have one. Bring along anything to keep you comfortable, whether it’s one blanket or a quilt, 20 cushions or an anti gravity chair!

What time do I need to be there?

Guests are requested to arrive at 4pm

Are there toilets?
Yes, there are 2 toilets on site, in an area to the side of the car park with hand washing facilities, inside portcabins. There is a shower, but this will not be in use for the event.

Is the site wheelchair accessible?
As this is an outdoor event on grass, it may not be suitable for wheelchairs. There is also no ramp access to the toilets currently. We are hoping there is something we can try and accommodate in the future.

What is the food?
Fresh, raw veg wraps and Banana Bread. These will be vegetarian and vegan.

What will the evening looking like?

We begin the evening with the cleansing with the Metatron Gong, alongside Lavender & Palo Santo to invoke guidance and relaxation, preparing us for our journey of sound. ✨

We ground and sit together in a circle on mats and chat about the medical benefits and the sacred ceremony of pure Cacao. We have paired Cacao with this evening of healing, due to some of the spiritual purposes, that Cacao is utilised for, that will allow a deep shift of energy, to ready us for the sound bath. 🦋

For the purpose of the ceremony, we will be consuming pure Cacao, in the form of a bitter, yet warming drink. Pure Cacao is a dairy free product, with the optional addition of honey/vanilla, if you find the taste a little too much. It is recommended to take part in the ceremony on an empty stomach. Light food, 2 hours before is also fine. 🌱

Through Cacao we shall open ecstatic moods, creativity connection, inner awakening and more! 🙏

We close our eyes during drinking, to peacefully set intentions and take some time in silence, to envisage our releases . 🌙

Whether it’s deep seated trauma or even a relationship that has ended, everyone will have different intentions for the evening. Some will seek to be intuitively guided 💙

After our ceremony, we will get comfortable, and slip into a deep state of relaxation and meditation for a 2 hour sound bath, with Amy from Cosmic Soundz. 👑

We finish the evening with discussions, raw veggie wraps and banana bread around the camp fire 🔥

The evening will come to an end at 9.30pm 🌿

Is there a dress code?
YES- we ask you wear comfortable clothing, allowing you to fully relax during your time with us.

Is this an outdoor event?
Yes! We manifest good weather and clear skies. We were blessed with perfect weather at our Solstice event!

Do you need any other information from me?
Yes please! We would like emergency contact details and any relevant medical information, just in case! We will have a little form to fill out on arrival!

What happens if it's the event is cancelled due to bad weather?
Don't worry! Your tickets and money are safe! We will providing a future date, with at least 5 weeks notice, so every one can book leave with their employers if necessary! It wouldn't be fair for us to simply change it to the following week. We will endeavour to make sure the date is suitable for everyone, and it will fall on a Saturday! If the second date clashes for you, we will offer a refund for your ticket, and your place will be made available to a new guests ☺️
