We’ll begin the evening by connecting with the ancient wisdom of your astrology. As you enter the sacred space, each of you will be anointed with oils that correspond to your astrological sign, opening the pathways to your highest potential. After this, you’ll receive a personalised crystal that resonates with your sign, and we’ll guide you in creating your own custom crystal grid—a tool that will amplify your intentions and support your soul’s journey.

We invite each guest to place a candle on the planetary altar, symbolising their personal connection to the cosmos and their commitment to manifesting their intentions. This can be done silently or accompanied by a collective prayer, mantra, or affirmation.

🔮 Astrological Birth Chart Mapping Station


Have you ever wondered what your birth chart really says about you? This is your chance to explore the depths of your astrological blueprint. At our Astro Birth Chart Mapping Station, you’ll receive your personalised birth chart printout and learn how the positions of the stars at the time of your birth shape your personality, destiny, and life path. We’ll also share the stories behind the constellations and how they influence the energies of the universe. Plus, experience the joy of looking at the stars through a telescope, connecting with your planetary rulers on a whole new level. (Weather dependant star gazing- we will have alternate option if it is cloudy)

🍽️ Elemental Feast


Food is magic, and tonight, we offer a nourishing set meal designed to honour the four elements of Fire, Earth, Air, and Water. Each dish and drink is created to resonate with the energy of your astrological sign’s element, allowing you to align your body with the cosmos:

Fire Signs: A vibrant Sweetcorn, Avo, and Cauliflower Garlic Aioli Salad, paired with an Orange Turmeric Boost Juice to ignite your inner flame.

Earth Signs: A grounding Sweet Potato, Roasted Carrot & Sage Quinoa Bowl, served with a refreshing Honey Pear & Ginger Tonic to connect you to the Earth’s nourishing energy.

Air Signs: A light and airy Chickpea Jasmine Rice Bowl, complemented with a Sparkling Peach & Basil Elixir to enhance mental clarity and communication.

Water Signs: A soothing Cucumber Miso Soba Noodle Salad, with a calming Rose & Chamomile Moon Milk (Coconut) to nurture your emotional waters.

Elemental Harmony Brownies will bring a sweet touch to balance all of the energies.

🌙 Astrological Meditation Journey


Once we’ve connected with the energy of the elements, we’ll journey inward in a guided astrological meditation and cosmic breathwork release. In the Trance Tent, you’ll be invited to connect with the energy of your ruling planet through a soothing visualisation. As you gaze at the solar system lights or look up at the stars on the ceiling, you’ll embark on a spiritual journey that connects you with your planetary guides, helping you align with your cosmic self and find peace and clarity. We do have a trance medium in attendance so you may hear sounds or noises being conveyed from spirit.

🔊 Planetary Sound Healing


After the meditation, experience the healing power of sound. Alison will lead a brass bowl sound session with various other instruments to send you to space . Together, we’ll work with the planetary frequencies to clear blockages, restore balance, and heal at a deep, vibrational level. This sound healing will help you feel deeply aligned with your astrological energy and ready to step forward with confidence and clarity.

🔮 Personalised Tarot Readings & 1:1 Astrological Guidance
During breaks you’ll have the opportunity to sit with us at our astrological tablecloth station for a personalized 3-card tarot pull. This is your chance to receive spiritual guidance and clarity on what your soul needs at this moment. Whether you’re seeking insight into your past, present, or future, the cards will offer you the answers and messages that will support you on your path.

After a deeply transformative evening, we’ll gather once more in a circle, under the stars around the fire, to honor the energies we’ve connected with throughout the night. We will chant a collective astrological affirmation.

Car parking on site, off the road. Please leave your car in the designated parking area.

Flushable Camping Toilet & Privacy Tent are on site, with hand washing station, we are out in complete nature, but do offer the luxury of place to sit and ponder the joys of life and not simply a bush! If you feel you will need your phone on site, please remember to bring a power bank for charging.

🔮 What to bring?
Blankets, pillows, mats, anything to keep you warm and snuggly during the sound bath as your body temperature tends to drop. Jacket/jumper for any times if feels a little chilly. Your biggest smile!

Cancellations: You can cancel up to 2 weeks before the retreat for a refund. However, after this time, it may be more difficult to fill your space. Therefore, you can transfer the ticket to someone else. If we have to cancel the event due to very bad weather (for example high winds that prevent us from putting up bell tents), do not worry! We will reschedule with a minimum of 1 months notice, so you can plan around your work and social calendar.
