Join us at AURUM for a powerful Buck Full Moon Gong Bath, held in sacred sound, stillness and frequency.

The Buck Full Moon is traditionally connected with growth, strength, renewal and stepping into the next version of yourself. It is named after the time of year when young bucks begin to grow their antlers — a beautiful symbol of expansion, courage and becoming.

This 2-hour gong bath is an invitation to pause, breathe, release what feels heavy and reconnect with your own inner strength.

You will be held in a deeply restorative sound journey using gongs, planetary attuned crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, flute, chimes, hand pan and more.

This session is held by a practitioner trained by world-renowned gong master Don Conreaux, one of the most respected names in modern gong work, who has dedicated his life to the frequency, healing power and consciousness of sound.

What to Expect

You will be invited to lie down, get comfortable and allow the layers of sound, vibration and frequency to move through the body and mind.

The session may include:

Tibetan singing bowls
Flute
Chimes
Hand pan
Soft frequency instruments
Grounding and stillness
Full moon intention and release work

The sound may feel soft, powerful, emotional, grounding, expansive or deeply peaceful. Every person receives sound differently, and there is no right or wrong way to experience a gong bath.

Some people drift into a meditative state, some feel emotion move through the body, some see colours or imagery, and some simply feel like they have finally stopped thinking for five blessed minutes.

The full moon can bring things to the surface, and this session is designed to help you release, soften and return to yourself without having to over-explain anything.

Please bring anything that helps you feel comfortable, such as:

A yoga mat
Blanket

A crystal or journal if you would like to work with intention

A yoga mat, pillow and blanket are provided but you are welcome to bring your own, and any additional comfort items you wish to have with you
