Join us for a transformative retreat in the mystical heart of Morocco, nestled between the sacred Atlas Mountains and the Agafay Desert sands. This retreat is designed to awaken your soul, nurture your spirit, and guide you on a journey of grounding, healing, and deep transformation. Set against the backdrop of Morocco’s rich culture and timeless landscapes, this is a space for deep reflection, renewal, and growth. DAY 1- Friday: Arrival, Grounding & Relaxation (If possible aim for late morning or early afternoon arrival) if you need assistance booking flights, we can help with this! Flights start from £28 return depending on airport and airline. If your flight is later in the day or delayed do not worry, we will make time to ensure you still receive all of the day one healings and cleansings, even if it ends up being via 1-2-1's. Your transfer will be arranged for you! As soon as your flight is booked, please forward across your flight info.

Arrive at Palais Ghiat, a sanctuary tucked away in the tranquil surroundings of the desert. In this beautiful building, we have the space to ourselves, kindly offered by the owners. Events are usually not permitted here, but for the purpose of our healing and spirituality, the universe has granted us this opportunity. Settle into your room, unpack, and begin your journey. Slip into your swimwear, as we take to the waters for the first part of your stay!

Energising Snack Bombs & Drinks on arrival: Nourish your body. Travelling can really take it out of us. (Vegan)

Water Cleansing & Anointing: Purify and refresh with a water ritual, conducted in our private pool.

Grounding Drumming: Energy shifts and grounding with the sacred drum, connecting with the pulse of the Earth.

Smoke Cleansing: A sacred herb mix.

Tuning Fork Realignment: Realign your energy with sound frequencies, placed on the body for circulation, relaxation, stuck energy clearing, tension and further grounding.

Evening Circle & Intention Setting: Gather in circle to set your intentions for the retreat, followed by a slow, nourishing meal and a peaceful night’s rest. Vegan & Vegetarian options available. Please let me know if you have any specific dietary requirements.

 

DAY 2- Saturday:

Sunrise Sound & Guided Meditation: Greet the day with the healing frequencies of sound and mindfulness, then we head to breakfast.

Ourika Trip: We head to the mountains to visit a Berber home, a women's Argan Oil Cooperative, mini hike to waterfalls, a little dip, and lunch by the river!

Camel Ride & Sunset Show: Enjoy a magical camel ride through the Agafay Desert as you witness the sunset and savor a traditional Moroccan dinner under the stars with local musicians. You'll experience Harira, Salad, Tagine, Fresh Fruits & Moroccan Tea.

Burning Ceremony: Manifest and reaffirm our intentions/ desires into the fire of the nomad camp before we head back to the Palais to discuss the morning's paintings.

 

DAY 3- Sunday: 

Breathwork & Deep Meditation: Start the day with an awakening practice to release old energy, then breakfast.

Hammam Experience: We head into Marrakech for a traditional Moroccan Hammam, followed by lunch. Traditional Hammam pour femme (women only) in Mouassine, one of the oldest complexes in Marrakech, built by the Saadian Dynasty in 1562. This includes Black Soap Scrub with Kessa and purifying Ghassoul Wrap.

1-2-1 Readings: When we return to the Palais, receive personal insights in a private, one-on-one reading as we relax around the pool.

Sound Healing: Whilst you're all comfortable on the loungers, we will unwind with a light sound healing session before we head out to a local restaurant! (Choose from Fresh orange juice, water or soda. Vegetable or meat Tagine, Salad, or Pizza. Seasonal fruit salad or Crepes!)

 

DAY 4- Monday: 

Sunrise Gratitude, Vocal Toning & Ecstatic Dance: Align your energy with the rising sun, feel it's warmth and embrace a sound practice of Vocal Toning. Ecstatic dance is a soul-led movement meditation where the body becomes the vessel for release, healing, and pure divine expression. We have time for breakfast before embarking out of the Palais.

Cultural Exploration: Visit the stunning botanical gardens of Le Jardin Secret, YSL and the historic souks, followed by a traditional lunch.

Free Time: Optional 1-2-1 readings and healing. Pop over to the night market, or relax by the pool. Embrace self love and book in the goddess empowerment photo shoot!

Herbal Cleansing before resting with a specific calming blend.

 

DAY 5- Tuesday: 

Intuitive Painting: We begin the day in complete silence. Engage in a profound practice of intuitive painting whilst blind-folded. We leave our paintings to dry and head for breakfast.

Ouzoud Trip: We head out to explore the waterfalls and go for a short hike through the stunning natural landscapes. These waterfalls are the highest in North Africa. If you're lucky, you'll have a photo opportunity with the Barbary Macaque monkeys! They are native to the Atlas & Rif mountains! We will grab lunch whilst we are out!

Aromatherapy Mini Indian Head Massage & Reflection: We return back to the Palais and relax with a mini aromatherapy head massage and facial, followed by gratitude journaling.

Evening: Dinner followed by relaxation and reflection, discussing our gratitudes in circle during an optional Night Swim.

DAY 6- Wednesday: Free Day for Exploration

Sound Bath & Healing: Start your day with a deep sound bath to integrate your experiences followed by breakfast.

Optional Excursions & Therapies: Choose between personal healing sessions, guided meditations, or optional excursions. You will have a full list of options on arrival, so you can get some booked in at the start of the week.

Evening Circle & New Moon Discussion: Reflect on your day and prepare for the upcoming New Moon energy during a Night Swim.

 

DAY 7- Thursday: Closing Ceremony

Morning Meditation & Breathwork: Prepare for the final leg of your journey with grounding meditation, breathwork & sound healing. We share our last breakfast together.

Empowerment Ritual & Circle: Engage in personal empowerment rituals and mantras. Reflect, share, and honor the transformations that have occurred. We will share one word that sums up your experience and take a memorable group photo.

Sacred Stone: Receive a sacred stone as a symbol of your growth and healing. A parting gift.

Checkout is at 12- we board the transfers together to the airport and say our farewells to the beautiful Palais that has turned into a second home, hugs and love to those we have met and the experiences we have shared together, the bonds we have created... until next time!

Only 40-50 minutes from Marrakech Menara Airport.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and shoes (May time has highs of 29 degrees with lows of 15 degrees)
A pair of shoes for a light trek
Sunglasses
A Kaftan or long trousers/sleeves to wear at the Souks and gardens, to be respectful of the Moroccan culture 
Head scarf for the desert
(we can provide a traditional Moroccan style Kaftan for you and/or head scarf; please add this to your cart if you need one. You will see me pictured in the souks in pink! I can pick them up on my 2025 visit in your preferred sizes)
A zipper handbag to keep your valuables secure when we are in more crowded places (I usually go for a cross body bag of some kind)
One or two white outfits for healing sessions and ceremonies (white provides a clean, energetic canvas both for yourself and the healer. It is higher vibration). Although you're welcome to wear white throughout, if called.
A goddess outfit- something to feel utterly divine in, if you wish to take part in a Goddess Empowerment Photo Shoot.

A note on pricing: UK retreats for just a few days can range from £300-£600, but I have tried my best to make this as affordable as possible and to be inclusive. You can purchase your place up front with a variety of payment options such as Debit/Credit Card, Paypal Credit/Pay in 3 or Klarna. There is also the option of placing a deposit of £250pp to secure your place. This is deducted from your total ticket price. Your remainder can be paid in 1-2 smaller increments.
