SALT ROOM 1 HOUR SLOT - By Donation

The Salt Room at AURUM is a peaceful space created for stillness, breath, rest and nervous system restoration.

This calming room has been designed to offer a gentle pause from the outside world. A place to sit, breathe, soften and reconnect with yourself.

Surrounded by salt, crystals and soothing frequencies, you are invited to relax deeply while the body and mind move into a quieter, more restorative state.

Salt rooms, also known as halotherapy spaces, are often used to support respiratory wellbeing, sinus comfort, skin balance, relaxation and stress relief. The atmosphere encourages slower breathing, deeper rest and a sense of calm within the body.

At AURUM, the Salt Sanctuary is more than just a treatment room. It is a sacred little cocoon for grounding, emotional reset and peaceful reflection.

Each session can support:

Deep relaxation

Nervous system calming

Stress and overwhelm relief

Emotional grounding

Improved rest and sleep support

A sense of stillness and inner balance

You do not need to do anything during your session. Simply arrive, sit back, breathe and allow yourself to rest. However, you are welcome to meditate, choose your preferred music and aromatherapy oils in the salt burners.

There are floor cushions, to lay or sit, or you can directly lay on the salt. Eye masks and blankets available for free use. Disposable foot socks are required when walking on the salt. Feel free to bring your own mat/mask/blanket if you wish.

The room is comprised of around half a tonne of Himalayan Salt from Pakistan. There is a back lit salt window, salt grains and quartz on the floor, with raw rock edging, candle and salt lamps.

PRICING- As we would love Aurum-Temple of Frequency to be a community space, the salt room is bookable by hour and by donation. There is a £1.50 booking charge to secure your appointment. Your donation is payable on arrival. This can be cash or card. All donations go directly towards the cost of the premises.

Please note: salt room sessions are a supportive wellbeing experience and are not a replacement for medical treatment. If you have any health conditions or concerns, please seek medical advice before booking. Aurum is not wheelchair accessible.
