As the sunlight softens and the air grows crisp, the world slows into the rhythm of falling leaves, fading golds, and quiet reflection. This autumn, I invite you to spend an afternoon immersed in reflection, creativity, and the quiet beauty of the season.

Together, we will explore the rhythms of letting go, honour the fruits of the year, and create a glowing lantern that carries warmth, gratitude, and intention into the months ahead. The afternoon is a space to breathe, reflect, and connect with both the changing season and your own inner light.

What Awaits You:
✨ Guided 4D Meditation- The Golden Walk
On arrival, get settled, breathe deeply, and connect with the subtle energies of the season. I do have roll mats for the floor, but please bring cushions, extra matting, blankets… any items to make you feel comfortable. You could even go for an inflatable bed or anti gravity chair/recliner! In the deep meditation, you’ll experience sounds, smells, cleansing, vibration and meet the lantern of your own inner light waiting for you.

✨ Craft Your Lantern
- Now it’s time to engage that Sacral chakra and get our creativity on! Cosy on down with Apple & Honey Tea! Go and take a seat at one of the tables, in front of your lamp! You’ll have a plethora of items to choose from including, sparkling crystals, ribbons, charms and more! Each lantern becomes a shimmering container for your intentions, gratitude, and the wisdom you carry from the turning of the year. As you work, allow your mind to wander, your heart to speak, and your hands to guide the creation of something luminous.  We will take a break part way through! The workshop is fully guided and suitable for any level of crafter!

✨ Seasonal Nourishment & Dessert
Included is a carefully curated seasonal, scrumptious meal! Creamy Roasted Red Pepper soup with cheese and herb pastry twists to dip in! Enjoy alongside Speculoos cake bites and Cranberry & Orange Spritzers! Oo lala!

 Think scented forests and hearthside comfort to remind you of the sweetness and abundance present in every season! Dietary requirements catered for!

✨ Lighting of the Lantern Ritual
- We will gather in circle to share in a gentle ritual. As each lantern is lit, honour your personal journey through gratitude, release, and renewal. Witness the collective glow of gratitude and take part in the passing of the light. We finish we spoken word; a group affirmation.
