Join us at AURUM for a powerful Sturgeon Full Moon Gong Bath, held in sacred sound, stillness and frequency.

The Sturgeon Full Moon is traditionally connected with strength, endurance, wisdom and abundance. It takes its name from the time of year when sturgeon fish were more easily found in the great lakes and rivers, ancient, resilient creatures that have survived for millions of years and carry a beautiful symbolism of depth, patience and inner strength.

This full moon invites us to look beneath the surface.

Sometimes the deepest shifts happen quietly, in the dark waters of the self, when we finally allow ourselves to stop pushing and simply listen.

This 2-hour gong bath is an invitation to pause, breathe, release what feels heavy and reconnect with your deeper inner knowing.

You will be held in a deeply restorative sound journey using gongs, planetary attuned crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, flute, chimes, hand pan and more.

This session is held by a practitioner trained by world-renowned gong master Don Conreaux, one of the most respected names in modern gong work, who has dedicated his life to the frequency, healing power and consciousness of sound.

What to Expect

You will be invited to lie down, get comfortable and allow the layers of sound, vibration and frequency to move through the body and mind.

Full moon intention and release work

The sound may feel soft, powerful, emotional, grounding, expansive or deeply peaceful. Every person receives sound differently, and there is no right or wrong way to experience a gong bath.

Some people drift into a meditative state, some feel emotion move through the body, some see colours or imagery, and some simply feel like they have finally stopped thinking for five blessed minutes.

The Sturgeon Full Moon can be a beautiful time to reflect on what you have survived, what you are still carrying, and what old weight is ready to be released from the deeper waters of your body, mind and spirit.

This session is designed to help you soften, reset and return to yourself without having to over-explain anything.

A yoga mat, pillow and blanket are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own and any additional comfort items you wish to have with you.
