Short on time but feel like your nervous system has been buffering since 2019?

Join us at AURUM on 7th August for 10 minute Tuning Fork Tune-Ups inside the AURUM Salt Room.

These mini sessions are a beautiful way to experience tuning fork frequency work if you are curious, short on time, or just need a quick energetic reset without committing to a full treatment.

Walk-ins are welcome where space allows, but booking is preferred to secure your time slot.

What is a Tuning Fork Tune-Up?

A Tuning Fork Tune-Up is a shorter version of the full Tuning Fork Alignment treatment.

Using therapeutic tuning forks, sound vibration is placed around and/or directly on the body and energy field to support relaxation, grounding and energetic balance.

The vibrations are subtle but powerful, helping the body soften out of stress and return to a calmer internal rhythm.

These 10 minute sessions are designed as a quick reset, a chance to pause, breathe, lie back and let the frequency do its thing.

This Mini Session Can Support:

Deep relaxation

A sense of lightness and reset

What to Expect

You will be welcomed into the AURUM Salt Room, where you can either lie on the treatment bed or sit on a chair if you struggle with mobility.

The tuning forks will then be used around the body and energy field, and placed gently on the body where suitable.

You do not need to do anything.

No talking.
No explaining your life story.
No trying to meditate perfectly while wondering if you’re breathing weird.

Just arrive, lie back, receive and allow the sound frequencies to bring you back into balance.

Full Tuning Fork Alignment

If you would like a deeper session, the full Tuning Fork Alignment is also available to book separately.

The full session allows more time for deeper relaxation, energetic alignment and nervous system support.
