SOUND SESSIONS

Sound Healing Sessions at AURUM, Temple of Frequency in Sleaford, are created to support deep rest, nervous system calming, emotional release and energetic reset through therapeutic sound and vibration.

Sessions may include gongs, planetary attuned crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, flute, hand pan and other frequency instruments, depending on the session. You simply lie down, get comfortable and allow the sound to move through the body and mind.

Held by a practitioner trained by world-renowned gong master Don Conreaux, sound sessions at AURUM are approached with care, intention and deep respect for the instruments, the space and each person’s experience.
